I have had an estimate since 11/2016. Part of the wrok was done 11-18 and I paid him 11-22-2016. Here it is almost 1 year later and the work is not done. He told me he would be here today 9-25-2017! He did not show up. Who waits an entire year for a contractor to finish the work. RIDICULOUS!
I have used this firm several times. The work they do is professional, and as much as I can tell, done correctly. My issue is that you can not trust their estimates, and they sorely lack communication skills. I left messages and texted Matt, and never got a response. This last job we contracted with them exceeded the estimate by $1300!!! There was NO warning or communication addressing the extent of the overage. To add insult to injury, the job is still not completed. They have been back four times to address a problem and it still isn't corrected. Buyer beware!
