I'm here at least once every week. Employees are great and store has a good variety of items.
Not a bad place, but real small and selection quanties are not large. Also the customer service representatives are rude and they are extremely uncooperative when it comes to assisting customers. They are rude and do not look up and acknowledge the presence of customers when they go to service counter, when they do acknowledge the customer,they stop and chit chat with their friends,answer phones and they will put the phone on the desk, and help a phone call even going to check floor and even backroom before helping the 1st customer who is STILL WAITING UP TO 30 MINUTES OR MORE BEFORE BEGINNING TO HELP THE 1ST CUSTOMER STANDING AND STILL WAITING AT THE COUNTER. NOR WILL THE CSRs at this location exchange or refund any product, even their own store brand they will not return or exchange products with receipts if they come from a different Kroger location other than their own which is breaking company policy... One comment made by a rude CSR at Logan store is that the poor in Logan come in and try to steal from their store so they will NOT TREAT ANY CUSTOMERS WHO LOOK POOR WITH COURTESY.
They had just about everything i went for but at check out there was 2 lanes open. 1 for 15 items and under and 1 for everyone else. The one for every one else was long. The self check was full and to do a whole cart full of groceries is not something i felt comfortable doing. Would be nice to have more lanes open
They have the best produce in this town. It's always clean. The employees are very helpful. And checking out didn't take long at all they had a bag or there too.
