Just so everyone knows, both the female and male are amazing. They're always wonderul, and the reason they said they don't want new customers is not bevause they don't, it's because they don't want new customers the last hour that they're open because they had a crime commited towards them (I don't want to say what because it's their business), and they'd rather new customers come early so they can properly get to know the new customer before they get comfortable with them. They don't speak English well enough to have explained this thoroughly to the other reviewer. With this said, if you're looking to get fabulous service, and you're new, please go before 4:00. Once you get to know them, they are wonderful people, and do amazing things with nails and feet! Also, don't bring extra people with you unless they're also getting their nails done as well, because of the crime committed, they don't like extra people or children in the waiting area unless the person brought you. It makes them nervous to have extra people lurking. I promise though, if you do decide to get your nails done with them, you won't be sorry.
Took my 7 yr old daughter so we could get pedi's together. She got the man who did a good job on her and was so nice. I got the woman who started on me while he polished my daughter's finger nails so I was almost done by the time she got over there with me. That was one of the worst and most expensive pedicures I've ever received. She didn't massage my feet or legs but just barely scrubbed my feet with their little scrubber and rubbed lotion on feet and legs quickly. They were not busy and I am very clean....no dirty smelly feet or anything and so I can only assume that is how she does her pedicures and it was definitely a rip off. He spent morw time on my 7 yr olds feet than she did mine! My daughter and I are friendly, clean and welI dressed so they didnt feel threatened or intimidated by us being new customers. I will not throw my money away here again. Haven't had a pedi in months and needed one and really looked forward to it. Big disappointment :/
Owner was rude. And the pricing is crazy. Most expensive nail salon I've ever been too. I came in asking to fix a broken nail and he wanted to charge me $10 to fix one nail when most places charge $3-5. Will not be returning.
He took his time doing my pedicure. I didn't feel rushed and left with lovely feet.
Nails are AWFUL!!!!!! Sloppy, uneven, extremely unhappy!!! Went in and asked for almond shaped acrylics and left with lumpy crooked monster claws
