Katie is an excellent therapy assistant. She is very caring and knowledgable. She keeps things fun also. Even though you are working hard it doesn't seem like it. Steven and Kim (therapist) also pay attention and help out as needed for my treatments. They have been great as well. Kim at the desk is always willing to accommodate me for scheduling. She makes me feel like working around my other stuff is not a big deal. Most places are not willing to do that. Overall this is the best place therapy place I have ever seen. And I used to work in a therapy facility. Everyone always has a smile and is very positive all the time. It's very refreshing.

The past few weeks at FSPT has been a great experience! The staff are great people and really take a keen interest in the patients. They have made a big difference in my personal recovery. I have been coming for 6 weeks and have 12 more weeks to go. Look forward to every Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays! Steven and Katie are passionate about their job, and it shows. They are adamant about making your experience here the best possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have been using First Settlement for the rehabilitation of my elbow and the staff is top notch. They are very professional and listen very well to any concerns and questions that I may have had. I've never had therapy with this level of knowledge and expertise as I have had with them. The therapists, atmosphere and equipment are great and I highly recommend anyone who has to go through therapy to go through First Settlement.

All the physical therapists that I have worked with; Kim, Katie, and Steven have all been great throughout my work with them. They all are very knowledgable, helpful, and motivating in their work.
