Don't give your money here. If you'd like to, don't. Animals live in their filth, are very dirty and not taken care of. Rude staff too. I feel so bad for the animals being "cared" for here.
I didn't want to give my money to this place after seeing how dirty it was, how rude and unprofessional the staff was, and especially after hearing swearing, yelling and slamming coming from the back room where they were grooming a dog. I bought a rabbit here anyway because it was so skinny and I felt awful for it and just wanted to get it out of there. I was told she was a "purebred lionhead'' but it was clear from day 1 she was a very mixed breed. She still made a great pet until she suddenly died out of nowhere about a year and a half later. Anyway I'm not sure these people have any sort of certifications or licenses or experience with actually caring for animals whatsoever. The dogs are unidentifiable mixed breeds and have worms even though they are $125 and supposedly "up to date" on shots. There is absolutely nothing wrong with mixed breed dogs but if that's what you want then go to the shelter because these people are profiting off of other people's irresponsibility of not fixing their dogs. I am surprised this place has not been shut down yet.
I will never get another pet from there paid $100 for a dog that supposedly had shots it was 4 months old and still has worms. If it was up to date with shots and taken care of it wouldn't of had worms..for a 100$ it should of been up to date ..The dog was used to being in a crate and going to bathroom in crate. I can not house break this dog I've tried everything and anything. Ive Never had so much trouble before.. I won't be back.. Be sure to look around before going there I'm sure you'll find alot better dog for free up to date on shots then going there paying for an expensive dog with no shots...
New owner is friendly and helped me to solve my problem of what to do with my litter of 6 cats. Nice little selection of pets considering the size of the store.
