Took my daughter and a friend after their volleyball games. Getting there a few minutes before closing we were told we could not have popcorn chicken (which we were all about to order) because they don't make any new once it get close to closing. Once we got to the window we were asked if we would take a 2nd cookie in place of the biscuit in our order. I ask for a discount being that we already could not get the chicken we wanted. With an attitude from both ladies at the window she offered 10%. Good enough? No not really. We get our food and head home to find once we get to the table to eat we do not have the wedges we ordered and no sauce for the tenders. I called to speak with a manager, she offered a go cup the next time I visit and still not the best attitude. As a mother after working all day and then traveling for ball games when I go somewhere to eat this is not how I want or need my day to end.
The supervisor was yelling at her employee in front of lots of people not very management like.. Very poor management.. Was hoping for a relaxing dinner but had to listen to that...
Fast drive through. Nice small dining area. Just right size.
Staff got everything wrong. I don't normally complain but it was honestly terrible.
Love the extra crispy chicken breast with biscuit, side and cookie for under 5 bucks!
