Great location, right on the river and walking distance to a store and canoe livery. My family loved our stay there. Owners were very kind and accommodating. Clean and nice bathhouse with flush toilets, charcoal grills with a shelter house and plenty of picnic tables. The price was very reasonable. We can't wait to stay again!! Thank you for wonderful memories!!
Perfect little quiet spot in Logan. Picturesque setting along the Hocking river. 10 minutes from the cliffs and 20 minutes from old man's cave. 2 minutes from Kroger for those last minute necessities that we all inevitably forget. Showers and bathroom facilities were clean and fully stocked. The staff is always willing to make the stay more enjoyable. We plan on making more trips to Hocking Hills in the future and will definitely stay here.
My wife and I love this little campground! Right on the hocking river, city water, nice shower house, dump station, quiet and peaceful! Lots of trees for shade, nice fire ring, trash cans through out the grounds, and a small shelter house. Right down the road from Logan, plenty of shops, stores, and activities. Hocking Canopy tours are just a few minutes away if you like zip lining, two canoe liveries very close.
Good place but river is not clean, no point of river view and alot of mosquitos and bugs. Nice private but common bathroom facility. Great camping spot. Fire ring places are near to river so you have to sit there only , you can’t move it that sucks
Great place to relax!
This was our second time staying at this location. We had a really nice time and everything was enjoyable. The bathrooms are in very reasonable condition and the the premises are very well kept. We brought our dog with us on this trip and the grounds was very pet friendly. The sites are next to the river which provides a great scene. It is a quiet and relaxing location and the other campers are always very respectful. Next time we are in the Hocking Hills again, we will certainly stay at the Hocking River RV Park.
