The BEST cabin we have ever stayed in! Bourbon Ridge will forever remain in our hearts as the perfect place to have chosen for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. From the time that Matt met us at the door of our cabin to give us a thorough tour, to the time we waved goodbye as we drove away, our stay was incredible. The grounds and trails are beautiful, our cabin had every amenity we could possibly want. The pool/hot tub and shower were impressive, the fireplace was perfect for an intimate evening fire. I was impressed by the well-stocked kitchen. It was a "wow" experience and we won't hesitate to recommend Bourbon Ridge to our family and friends.
The Maker's Lodge at Bourbon Ridge Retreat is truly fantastic. We first stayed there in summer 2013, then again in summer 2015 and just recently in July 2017. Every time is wonderful, thus we keep re-booking, and ever time it seems to get better. Most recently we enjoyed the addition of the Hammock Garden right behind the home. The walking trails are great for a morning stroll. We comfortably fit 24 people in the home, 12 adults and 12 kids. It was quite spacious even with all of the people in the house. We made great use of the back eating area adjacent to the pool and took advantage of the giant griddle for dinner and breakfast. The management team is also very responsive and accommodating. We had an issue with the upstairs shower and they sent someone out right away to diagnose it and fixed it as soon as they could get the required part. I will continue to stay at this or one of the other fine properties that they mentioned will be built soon on the property and managed under the same Hocking Hill Luxury Living management company. Looking forward to our next stay in summer 2019!!
My husband and I had the most wonderful weekend getaway in the Woodford Cabin! It far exceeded our expectations. The unit is brand new, with a perfect balance of that rustic secluded cabin feel and deluxe gourmet amenities. Every room was deluxe from the master suite with its walk-in 2 person shower to the theater room to the outdoor oasis with an in-ground pool/hot tub overlooking the lake. We will definitely be back! It was the perfect relaxing weekend getaway from our crazy hectic lives in Columbus.
What a beautiful place! I came down for a work retreat and our team thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the 2nd year we stayed at Bourbon Ridge and it is quickly becoming something we talk about year round and look forward to the next year. If you want to stay in a lodge that is immaculately clean and where every possible thing is thought of and taken care of in advance of your stay- Bourbon Ridge is the place! This is a breathtaking piece of land and the house itself is gorgeous and spacious. It is spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. I have already recommended Bourbon Ridge to other groups-- including my family!
We stayed at The Maker's Lodge for our annual girls trip. It was absolutely perfect. The lodge and grounds were beautiful! The owners paid attention to every detail and were very attentive to any concerns were might have had. Because of this, we were able to focus on making memories we will carry with us forever. We can hardly wait to return next year. Could not recommend this rental company more!!
