Had my jeep in there to get it looked at . My boyfriend was told multiple times that he wouldn't be charged for anything because we refused to have it fixed at the time . Also tried to charge for stuff that was in the warranty . Horrible service department will definitely not be back nor would I refer anyone here if all's they do is lie .
Update. Lying assholes never called. I continue to have inquiries added on my credit after they have been told by me to stop running my credit. I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH, STAY AWAY FROM DON WOOD JEEP.
