when the search turned up empty, what did tom and his team do? They ordered me a new one. His team took the next level of customer service and called me to ask me what color. Whoever is reading this know one thing Tom and his team are the best. Hands down no competition, across the board tom and his team, did everything right. I have two products through tom now and I'm sure I'm going to get more. I would like tom and his team to know that this is a textbook definition of customer service.

I wanted to take the time to shout out. Tom and his team are amazing and a proven to quality service. Why I recently had an issue with a laptop that I was renting. Tom and his team addressed the issue and resolved it quickly, and effectively. As a consumer, I felt as if my laptop was his team only priority. while I know that is not the case to find that level of customer service is rare in any industry, Tom, and his team was very respectful and ultimately aimed to satisfy my needs. While looking for the correct Chromebook Tom and his team took the initiative to make sure that I had something to work on while they looked for my laptop.
