Poor customer service. Always trying to pull a slick one on us. Lancaster store is the best.
Worst store ever! Went to return a couch that my wife didn't like. It was still in brand new condition, tags and all. Workers came in and picked up the cushions and took them out on our hillside to look for bugs. They humiliated my wife, telling her that they were looking for bedbugs and we have a very clean, brand new home, no bugs. She asked what they did with stuff with bed bugs. The gentleman stated they cut it up and leave it on your property! Is this true? Just as a side note, they didn't find any bugs and took the couch. Worst customer service that I've ever seen!

The customer service at the Logan store is outstanding! That is why we have remained a loyal customer of RAC since 2009. The staff there are very polite and helpful, and that is hard to find now days. Thank you guys for all your hard work, we would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for any thing, if they don't have it in store they will find what you are looking for.
